Paço dos Infantes Reserva is an elegant white wine, aromatically balanced and with a velvety texture from the Alentejo wine region. It presents great complexity with balsamic aromas along with delicious notes of ripe citrus and tropical aromas. It finishes with polished and aggregating acidity to a fresh and intensely aromatic floral bouquet.
Winemaking:
Paço dos Infantes Reserva is a white wine produced with white grapes of Arinto, Alvarinho, and Antão Vaz from the Alentejo wine region. After the individual fermentation process in oak vats and oval cement tanks at controlled temperatures, the wines has been transferred to French oak barrels, where it stayed in contact with fine lees, and where it was subjected to regular stirring, for 6 months, prior to being blended and bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Paço dos Infantes Reserva is a white wine of great aromatic complexity, rich in the aroma of ripe citrus fruit, exhibiting delicious flavours of apricot, tangerine and melon. It is a fresh white wine, with citrus tannins and balsamic notes, softened by delicious acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
