Quinta de Cidrô Alvarinho is a structured and fresh white wine from the Region of the Douro that is dominated by sweet citric's fruit notes such as grapefruit and tangerine, flanked by aromas of tropical fruits such as pineapple and mango. It presents freshness, good depth and good acidity.
Winemaking:
Quinta de Cidrô Alvarinho is a white wine produced in the Douro region with white grapes of Alvarinho planted in the Region of the Douro. After a short period of maceration, the wine has fermented at a controlled temperature. It was stayed for 9 months in stainless steel tanks, in contact with fine lees, and at the final 4 months, the wine was subjected to a regular stirring, prior to being decantated, filtrated, and bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Quinta de Cidrô Alvarinho is a velvety white wine, elegant, aromatic and very fresh from the Douro region. It is dominated by citric notes conjugated with subtle aromas of tropical fruits. It presents good mineral notes and a great acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
