Quinta Nova Pomares is a fresh and citric white wine from the Douro Region with an attractive aroma of citric fruits and white flowers. It features some apricots scents, some notes of gooseberry and white spices and a great minerality.
Winemaking:
Quinta Nova Pomares is a white wine produced in the Douro region with white grapes such as Viosinho, Gouveio and Rabigato. After a short period of maceration, the wine was subjected to a fermentation process at a controlled temperature and stayed for 4 months in French oak barrels in contact with fine lees.

Viosinho, Gouveio, Rabigato.

Quinta Nova Pomares is a fresh and fruity white wine from the Douro Valley, with good concentration and good complexity with great minerality notes and acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
