Quintas de Borba is a white wine from the Alentejo Region of tropical aromas and dominated by floral fragrances. It presents a beautiful unctuosity, citrus fruit aromas, freshness and a well-balanced acidity.
Winemaking:
Quintas de Borba is a white wine produced in the Alentejo region with Roupeiro, Arinto, and Verdelho's white grape's varieties. After a short period of maceration, the wine has fermented at a controlled temperature. It has stayed 9 months in stainless steel tanks, 3 of them, in contact with fine lees, and it was subjected to a regular stirring, prior it to being decantated, filtrated and bottled

Roupeiro, Arinto, Verdelho.
Tasting Notes:
Quintas de Borba is a young, intense and fragrant white wine from the Alentejo region, that emerges several citric fruit aromas, tropical fruit flavours, a very tasty velvety and a great acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
