Xisto Ilimitado is a white wine from the Douro region, mineral, aromatically complex and structurally fresh, velvety and citrusy. It presents creamy notes, citrus nuances and hints of tropical aromas along with very elegant acidity.
Winemaking:
Xisto Ilimitado is a white wine produced with white grapes of Rabigato from the Douro wine region. After the fermentation process in oak vats at controlled temperatures, the wine has transferred to stainless steel vats, for 11 months, where it has stayed in contact with fine lees prior to being bottled.

Xisto Ilimitado is an elegant, complex, aromatically fresh white wine, marked by predominantly citrus aromas, with accentuated notes of lime and orange blossom. It is a harmonious white wine, mineral, with balsamic nuances and polished acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
