For the production of this red wine from the region of Dão, Casa de Santar Reserve Red Wine, the grapes were manually harvested followed by total destemming and soft crushing, with the solids transported to fermentation vats with controlled temperature with frequent reruns. The fermentation lasted for about 5 days along with a skin maceration. The wine aged in French oak barrels for 10 months until bottling where it remained 6 months until its commercialization.

Touriga Nacional, Alfrocheiro e Tinta Roriz.

Store and Serve Advices:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Tapada do Chaves Reserva is a full-bodied red wine from Alentejo. His dark garnet colour reveals high concentrated red fruits that stand out all it's complex aromas of wild berries red and black, with a presence in the wood where it aged. It has a very good balance between the round and soft tannins and a lingering freshness in the end.
Sarmentinho Tinto is a sweet, fruity and effervescent red wine from the region of Bairrada. It's dominated by ripe red fruit aromas, a sweet core with a soft effervescence. It's a lovely and sweet red wine with a gastronomic acidity.
Cortes de Cima Incógnito is an intense red wine, aromatic, enigmatic, of tannins closed and fruity and very soft. It features a bouquet of black fruits such as blackberries, cherries, plums and blueberries, smoked notes, nuances of minerals and extraordinary acidity.
Quinta do Vallado Sousão is an extravagantly fragrant red wine from the Douro region with huge juicy fruits and concentration. It has fruits in all over its core, with a mineral structure surrounded by juicy tannins and an impressive acidity.
Messias Quinta do Penedo is an elegant red wine from the Dão Region. It reveals a bright ruby colour, a mineral aroma, notes of vanilla and berries. It's packed with lots of black macerated fruit aromas as well and it shows a fresh and an invigorating acidity.
Deep ruby with purple edges colour. Spicy red berry fruits. Elegant palate showing youthful fruit, fine tannins with good balancing acidity on the finish.
