Vinha de Santa Maria Granitico is a velvety and elegant white wine with delicate aromas of white fruit and ripe citrus, tangerine and apricots, and floral fragrances. It is a fresh, mineral white wine and ends in a vibrant citrus acidity.
Winemaking:
Vinha de Santa Maria Granitico is a white wine produced with white grape varieties of Encruzado from the Dao wine region. After the pressing process, the wine was fermented at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, where it has stayed in contact with the fine lees and was subjected to a regular stirring for 9 months, before being bottled.
