Cadão is a 10-year-old Tawny Port, aromatic, with high quality evolution notes, highlighting aromas of caramelized citrus fruits and notes of dried fruits and vanilla. It is characterized by being young, but elegant with medium structure, well-formed tear and well-integrated acidity.
Winemaking:
Cadão 10 Years Old Tawny Port is produced by the traditional Porto wine method. This is the blend of the best Port wine's batches ageing in oak casks with an average of age of 10 years, produced from different grape varieties, from old vines, such as Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz, Sousão, Tinto Cão, and Tinta Amarela.
