Bacalhôa Moscatel de Setubal Superior 10 years old is a velvety and rich muscatel wine, with caramelized texture and intensely aromatic aromas. Displays tropical notes of exotic fruits, balsamic aromas, ripe citrus fruits and hints of honey and caramel. It is an extraordinary and elegant muscat wine.
Winemaking:
Bacalhôa Moscatel de Setubal Superior 10 years old is a muscat wine produced with white grapes of Moscatel de Setubal planted in the Peninsula de Setubal wine region. After the addition of brandy, the wine was transferred to French oak half-barrels for an average maturation of 10 years before being stabilized, filtered, blended and bottled. The wines that make up this batch have an age of 10 to 15 years of staging in half French oak barrels.

Bacalhôa Moscatel de Setubal Superior 10 years old is a muscat wine that highlights subtle sweet notes of exotic fruits, jam and marmalade. It presents a delicious greasiness, with hints of honey and caramel among ripe citrus aromas. It also highlights lemon and fennel tea aromas along with vanilla and balsamic notes and very balanced citrus acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 8°C-10°C.
