Maynards Colheita 2007 White Port is a refined, clean Port wine with soft and complex aromas of citrus fruits and balsamic nuances. Citrus aromas predominate in its bouquet, complemented by dried fruit flavors such as dried apricots and dates.
Winemaking:
Maynards Colheita 2007 White Port was produced by the traditional Porto wine method. This is a wine of exceptional quality, from a single harvest. It maturated in wood, for over 10 years, although, Colheitas Port wine never are less than 7 years of ageing in wood casks.
Grape Varieties:
Códega, Rabigato, Malvasia Fina, Arinto.
Tasting Notes:
Maynards Colheita 2007 White Port is a Port wine with a clear and elegant aroma in the palate, where ripe citrus flavors mixed with vanilla, wood and caramelized dried fruit flavors predominate.
Store and Serve Advice:
Serving temperature at 10ºC-12ºC.
