Light salmon colour. Aromas of forest fruits, blackberries and raspberries. Very young, delicate, fresh and elegant. Excellent aromatic impact, with remarkable elegance and mineral complexity.
Winemaking:
After maturation, the grapes were carefully selected and transported to the cellar following destemming, gentle pressing and rapid contact with the skins before the wort had been transferred to the fermentation vats. The fermentation and ripening of the wine were made slowly with the fine lees for 7 months at a low and controlled temperature.
