Castello D'Alba Touriga Nacional Pinot Noir is a rosé wine with several mineral notes, loaded with aromas of berries and red wild fruits. It is a wine of elegant structure and fantastic acidity.
Winemaking:
Castello D'Alba Touriga Nacional Pinot Noir is a rosé wine produced with red grapes from Touriga Nacional and Pinot Noir red grape varieties. After a short period of maceration, the wine was gently pressed and subjected to a fermentation process at low temperatures. The wine stayed 4 months, in stainless steel tanks prior to being bottled.

Castello D'Alba Touriga Nacional Pinot Noir is a wine of intense minerality, with subtle aromas of berries and red wild fruits and presents a great acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
