Saroto is a complex, elegant Rosé wine with well-defined, clean aromas and delicious flavours, markedly of wild red fruits. It is a fresh rose wine, harmonious and with delicate acidity.
Winemaking:
Saroto is a rosé wine produced with red grapes of old vines planted in the Trás-os-Montes wine region. After the pressing process, the wine was fermented at a controlled temperature in stainless steel vats. After the fermentation process, the wine was transferred to French oak barrels where it stayed for 7 months, in contact with fine lees, and it has been subjected to regular stirring, prior to being bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Saroto is a Rosé wine with clean and pure aromas, complex and harmonious. It displays flavours of wild red fruits, evidencing aromas of raspberries, wild strawberries and currants. This rose wine exhibits a delicate structure, velvety texture and delicate acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
