Cancellus Tinta Roriz is an elegant wine with complex aromas and fantastic balsamic nuances. It's a concentrated and fruity red wine, displaying notes of ripe red fruits, such as berries and cherries, as well as floral fragrances. With round and elegant tannins, good acidity, it ends with a persistent finish.
Winemaking:
Cancellus Tinta Roriz is a red wine made from Tinta Roriz red grape varieties, planted in the Douro wine region. After fermentation, which took place at a controlled temperature in stainless steel vats, the wine was transferred to French oak barrels, where it remained for 12 months before being blended and bottled.
