Casa Dos Amados Todos Reserva Baga is an elegant and aromatically fruity red wine. With lively aromas, it presents notes of ripe wild red fruits, highlighting flavours of blackberries and black cherries, with macerated fruit and balsamic aromas. It displays velvety tannins, mineral notes and very well-integrated acidity.
Winemaking:
Casa Dos Amados Todos Reserva Baga is a red wine produced with red Baga grape varieties, a red grape variety autochthones from the Bairrada wine region. After the fermentation process, which took place at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, 50% of the batch was transferred to new French oak barrels and the other 50% to used French oak barrels for 6 months, where it remained in contact with fine lees and was subjected to regular agitation prior to being blended and bottled.

Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
