Clandestino is a fruity, aromatically complex and mineral red wine. It displays aromas of ripe red fruits and wild berries, along with floral fragrances and balsamic notes. With silky tannins and underlying notes of ripe cherries, it finishes with well-integrated acidity.
Winemaking:
Clandestino is a red wine made from Alfrocheiro, Tinta Roriz, and Touriga Nacional red grape varieties planted in the Dão wine region. After fermentation, which took place at a controlled temperature in stainless steel vats, the wine was subjected to regular stirring for 8 months prior to being bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Clandestino is a fruity and fresh red wine. Aromatically complex, it displays notes of ripe red fruits, wild berries enveloped in balsamic nuances, floral fragrances and very elegant acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
The wine bottle should be stored lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
