Herdade da Servas Alfrocheiro is a round, elegant and intensely aromatic red wine. It displays an open bouquet, displaying notes of ripe red fruits, floral fragrances and balsamic notes. It presents velvety tannins, silky texture, notes of dry tobacco leaf, mineral nuances and polished acidity.
Winemaking:
Herdade das Servas Alfrocheiro is a red wine produced with red grapes of Alfrocheiro planted in the Alentejo region. After the fermentation process occurred at controlled temperatures, in stainless steel tanks, the wine was transferred to French oak barrels, for 8 months, where it stayed in contact with lees and was subjected to regular stirring prior to being bottled. The wine was 10 months into the bottle before being released to the market.

Herdade da Servas Alfrocheiro is a polished, fruity, intensely aromatic red wine from the Alentejo wine Region that presents fantastic aromatic complexity. It presents aromas of ripe red fruits, highlighting delicate floral notes, along with balsamic notes of vanilla and dry tobacco leaf. It is a red wine that presents fleshy tannins, mineral nuances and very well-defined and elegant acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
