Herdade das Servas Reserva is an extraordinarily complex red wine from the Alentejo region. An elegant wine, laden with aromas of ripe red fruits like currants, cassis and cherry, with very concentrated tannins, round together with notes of cocoa, spices and subtle wooden barrel hints.
Winemaking:
Herdade das Servas Reserva is a red wine produced with red grapes, of Alicante Bouschet, Cabernet Sauvignon, Alfrocheiro and Aragonez planted in the Alentejo region. After occurred the fermentation process, at controlled temperatures, the wine has stayed in 2 year's used's French oak barrels for 12 months, and further 12 months into the bottle.

Herdade das Servas Reserva is a complex and fruity red wine from the Alentejo region. Dominated by aromas of red fruits, it is rivaled by delicious aromas of cocoa, vanilla, spices and dried tobacco leaf. Of round and succulent tannins, it also has notes of wild fruits along with an extraordinary acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
