Luis Pato Vinha Formal is an exuberant and aromatic red wine from the wine region of Bairrada. It is a wine of floral aromas, which features a violet and spring flowers scents in its bouquet, intense notes of wild berries, such as red berries, currants and blackberries, vanilla notes and extraordinary acidity alongside delicious balsamic nuances.
Winemaking:
Luis Pato Vinha Formal is a red wine produced from autochthones red grapes of Touriga Nacional from the wine region of Bairrada. After the fermentation process, at controlled temperatures, the wine remained for 15 months in new French oak barrels before being bottled. The wine staged for another 6 months in the bottle.

Luis Pato Vinha Formal is an intense and complex red wine from the wine region of Bairrada which presents with a floral character and a bouquet dominated by the aromas of violets and wild red fruits, alongside succulent tannins, balsamic notes, black pepper scents, and great minerality.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature between 15ºC and 16ºC.
