Monte da Ravasqueira Clássico is a red wine from the Alentejo, aromatic, fruity, very balanced and very elegant. It presents notes of fresh red fruits, with mineral nuances and notes of wild red fruits, supported by juicy, round and very soft tannins.
Winemaking:
Monte da Ravasqueira Clássico is a red wine produced with red grapes of Trincadeira, Aragonês, Syrah, and Alicante Bouschet planted in the Alentejo wine region. The fermentation process took place in stainless steel tanks, at controlled temperatures. After the fermentation process, the wine was transferred to French oak barrels, where it was stayed, for 4 months, in contact with lees, prior to being bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Monte da Ravasqueira is a red wine that presents itself as a Clássico red wine from the Alentejo wine region of enormous quality, well-designed aromas, with the presence of ripe red fruit, berries of the forest, round tannins and a lot of freshness in the mouth.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature between 15ºC and 16ºC.
