Pedra Cancela Amplitude is a deep and elegant red wine, with notes of ripe fruit, rosemary, and violet. In the mouth, it is full but equally delicate, with balanced acidity and a long and vibrant finish.
Winemaking:
Pedra Cancela Amplitude is a red wine produced from indigenous red grapes of Touriga Nacional, Alfrocheiro and Tinta Roriz from the Dão wine region. The wine macerated in granite Lagares and fermented in stainless steel vats at controlled temperatures. After the fermentation process, the wine was transferred to French oak barrels, where it remained for 12 months. After being bottled, the wine aged for 10 months in a cool cellar.

Tasting Notes:
Pedra Cancela Amplitude is an energetic and elegant red wine from the Dão region. It presents a bouquet of aromas of ripe fruit, flowers of the forest, rosemary, and violet. In the mouth, it is elegant, with tannins present and excellent acidity. The finish is long and vigorous.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 16ºC-18ºC.
