Quinta do Cardo Reserva Touriga Nacional is an organic red wine produced by organically grown red grapes of Touriga Nacional variety. The grapes were harvested by hand for boxes of 12 kg and subjected to a rigorous selection. After complete destemming, pre-fermentative maceration was carried out for 8 days. The alcoholic fermentation occurred in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 24-26 °C. Vinification occurred in stainless steel vats for 28 days, followed by a stage in French oak barrels for 12 months.

Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 16ºC-18ºC.
