Pormenor is a fresh, complex, and markedly mineral red wine from the Douro wine region. It exhibits a fresh nose, with violet fragrances, highlighted red fruit, and balsamic notes with a spicy touch. It is a wine with austere and fresh tannins and balanced acidity.
Winemaking:
Pormenor is a red wine produced from Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz, Tinta Amarela, and Rufete, autochthonous red grapes from old vines of the Douro wine region. After partial destemming, the grapes were trodden in granitic Lagares at controlled temperatures and has stayed in contact with the stalks and skins for 4 weeks. After this process, the wine was transferred to used's French oak barrels for 18 months, where it was subjected to contact with the lees, prior to being decanted, lightly filtered, and bottled.

Pormenor is an elegant, complex, and mineral red wine from the Douro wine region. It is a vibrant red wine that presents wild red fruit aromas and violet fragrances which are the flavours most highlighted in its aromatic bouquet. It is a wine that displays notes and spices and balsamic nuances well designed along with firm and herbaceous tannins and well-integrated acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 15ºC-18ºC.
