Winemaking:
After maturation of the grapes, Touriga Nacional, Cabernet Suvignon and Merlot, were carefully selected, harvested and transported to the Cellar where the Vinification process began. The grapes were subjected to induced temperature cooling followed by destemming and a brief and gentle crushing. The fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks with a controlled temperature of 27ºC. There followed a very prolonged maceration, the musts rested in contact with the loins and the skins during 45 days. The wine aged for twenty months in new French oak barrels, followed by a 24-month bottle stage before being bottled.

Store and Serve Advices:
Store at room temperature at 18ºC. Serve between 17 to 19 ° C. It has a bottle shelf-life potential of more than 20 years.
Quinta dos Avidagos is an elegant's red wine, full of mineral nuances and aromatic intensity. It is a velvety red wine, without passing through wood, but presenting a wide and intense aromatic spectrum with very balanced acidity.
Clear and vivid appearance with a well-defined ruby colour. Young aromas of wild fruit, typical of the Aragonez grape. Fruity flavour with pleasant notes of strawberry, typical from the Castelão grape combined with a nice freshness offered by the Trincadeira variety.
Quinta das Cerejeiras Grande Reserva is an opulent, rich red wine with enormous aromatic intensity. It is dense, with rich aromas of ripe black fruits, notes of vanilla, dry tobacco leaf, and spices. It presents juicy and refined tannins, together with good minerality and very soft acidity.
Pêra Doce is an elegant, fresh and aromatic red wine. Stands out aromas of ripe red fruits, balsamic notes and floral tones, along with a delicate acidity.
Baga ao Sol Unoaked is a robust and structured red wine from the Alentejo wine region. It is a red wine with a silky structure, showing ripe aromas of red fruits, floral fragrances and mineral nuances. It has robust and voluptuous tannins, smooth acidity and an extremely balanced fruity core.
Alto do Joa is a red wine with unique with unusual characteristics since it is distinguished by a very prominent and closed tannic mass on the very aromatic and expressive set of red wild fruits. It is an elegant and balanced red wine in harmony with complex notes of noble woods, vanilla, and spices e a sharped acidity.
