Proibido à Capela is a genuine Douro red wine and it was produced from the smallest possible mechanical and electrical interference. Hence its naturalness is expressed in pure and genuine aromas of ripe wild fruits, with blackberries and raspberries flavours, along with soft but firm tannins, and elegant acidity.

Proibido à Capela is a red wine produced in the Douro demarcated wine region, from vineyards over 50 years old, at 400 meters altitude. The grapes were destemmed by hand and then the wine was trodden by foot. The fermentation occurred without the addition of enzymes and occurred for 20 days at a controlled temperature. It was transferred into cement vats, over 2 months, with old wine pitchers and it aged in bottle for 10 months.

Proibido à Capela is an elegant, irreverent Douro red wine, full of aromas of wild red fruits such as blackberries, and raspberry's flavors, along with impressive structure, soft tannins, and incisive acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 16°C à 18°C.
Intense ruby color. Floral fragrances with the presence of violets and rosemary. Aromas of ripe red fruits such as strawberries and raspberries. It has an elegant structure being complex with velvety texture. Good tannins with a long aftertaste.
Cortes de Cima Dois Terroirs is a fresh red wine, robust and full of notes of wild fruits of the Alentejo region. Presents juicy notes of raspberries, berries, and blackberries, along with notes of spices and vanilla. It is a wine with round tannins but awake, and with a very balanced acidity.
Azul Portugal Douro is a round red wine from the Douro region with a fruity character, a little dry, with great minerality and loaded with ripe fruit aromas. It has a wonderful freshness and well-balanced acidity.
Quinta Vale Dona Maria Rufo is an intensely aromatic, elegant red wine with polished tannins from the Douro region. Burmester Quinta de Arnozelo Grande Reserva is a great red wine from the Douro wine region, which exhibits great intensity and concentration and a broad-spectrum aromatic bouquet. It is a red wine full of aromas of ripe black fruits, mineral notes, nuances of red wild fruits, balsamic notes and very elegant acidity along with austere and opulent tannins.
Paço do Cunha de Santar Nature has a bright red colour. It shows an exuberant aroma of red fruits. It is a fresh wine, very mineral, with a good acidity and great structure of tannins. It has a very long and persistent end-of-mouth.
