Quinta da Pacheca Lagar nº 1 Reserva is an intense, concentrated and very elegant red wine from the Douro. It presents notes of ripe black fruits, highlighting aromas of black plum and figs, accompanied by balsamic notes, mineral notes and vanilla aroma. It is a red wine with powerful tannins, very well integrated acidity and an impressive structure.
Winemaking:
Quinta da Pacheca Lagar nº 1 Reserva is a red wine produced from red grapes of Touriga Nacional and Touriga Franca from the Douro wine region. After the harvest, the grapes macerated in granitic's Lagares before being foot trodden. After the fermentation process in stainless steel tanks, at controlled temperatures, the wine was transferred to French oak barrels, where it has staged for 18 months, prior to being bottled.

Quinta da Pacheca Lagar nº 1 Reserva is a red wine with intensely aromatic and fragrant aromas, with a violet scent that is shown in the first contact with this extraordinary red wine from the Douro wine region. It is an elegant and concentrated red wine, showing aromas of ripe black fruits, along with spices and balsamic hints. With full and round tannins, it presents enigmatic mineral notes, granite stone and shale, earthy notes and sublime acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 15ºC-18ºC.
