Quinta da Pedra Cavada Reserva is a lush and complex red wine with an elegant structure and great aromatic concentration. It presents a broad and open aromatic bouquet highlighting notes of ripe red fruits, floral fragrances, along with balsamic notes and delicate acidity.
Winemaking:
Quinta da Pedra Cavada Reserva is a red wine made from Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz, Tinto Cão, and Tinta Francisca, red grape varieties planted in the Douro wine region. After fermentation, which took place at a controlled temperature in stainless steel vats, the wine was transferred to French oak barrels, where it remained for 13 months prior to being bottled.

Quinta da Pedra Cavada Reserva is a red wine with an open aromatic bouquet and aromas of ripe red fruits, such as blackberries, blueberries, and cherries, balsamic notes, ripe and sweet tannins, and very elegant acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Storage lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
