Quinta do Carmo Reserva is a powerful red wine from the Alentejo region loaded with aromas of ripe black fruits such as figs, cherry plums, and it's endowed with extremely harmonious mineral notes. It presents open tannins, rich, fruity and imposing, balancing all its structure rich in fruit and density and it ends on an excellent acidity.

Winemaking:
Quinta do Carmo Reserva is a red wine produced with red grape's of Aragonêz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, and Alicante Bouschet from the region of Alentejo. The grapes were vinified separately and fermented at controlled temperatures in stainless steel vats prior to subjected to a long maceration at cold for 15 days. The wines were aged in French oak barrels, separately, for 18 months, prior to being blended and bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Quinta do Carmo Reserva is an intense red wine from the Alentejo region, dominated by aromas of very ripe black fruits and floral fragrances with creased tannins, and with pleasing mineral notes and an extraordinary acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
Moreto Chão Dos Eremitas Vinhas Velhas is an extraordinarily elegant and complex red wine. It is a red wine with intense aromas of red fruits, flavors of cherry, raspberries and currants. It presents an elegant body, concentrated structure, identity and soft acidity.
Cortes de Cima is a monovarietal red wine produced with Trincadeira red grapes from Alentejo. It is a wine dominated by red fruit fragrances, some spices, vanilla touches and subtle notes of tobacco. It features a soft texture, rounded tannins with a lot of fruit concentration and a delicious acidity.
Clear appearance, soft pink colour. Good aromatic intensity combined with notes of red plums. Balanced flavour, very nice freshness and persistent finish with notes of bittersweet fruit.
Cortes de Cima Incógnito is an intense red wine, aromatic, enigmatic, of tannins closed and fruity and very soft. It features a bouquet of black fruits such as blackberries, cherries, plums and blueberries, smoked notes, nuances of minerals and extraordinary acidity.
Morgado de Silgueiros Touriga Nacional is an intensely aromatic, intense and dense red wine from the Dão region. It is a red wine dominated by intense aromas of black fruits such as black cherries and plums, excellent aromas of oak wood, balsamic notes, firm tannins and a great acidity.
Luis Pato Vinha Pan is a vigorous and austere red wine from the wine region of Bairrada. Loaded with aromatic intensity to very mature black fruit, it presents a tannic character, closed, powerful and with a minerality that spreads all its fruity and elegant nucleus.
