Quinta do Valdoeiro Reserva is a red wine full of complex aromas, forest ripe fruits reminding blueberries and cássies, and some hints of iodine. It's a dense red wine with tight and mineral tannins well-balanced with its balsâmic notes and its acidity. It has a very long and fresh finish.
Winemaking:
Quinta do Valdoeiro Reserva is a red wine produced with Baga, Touriga Nacional and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from the region of Bairrada. After a long maceration, the fermentation occurred in stainless steel tanks, at a controlled temperatures. The wine was stayed, for 24 months, in oak barrels before bottling.

Quinta do Valdoeiro Reserva is a complex wine from the Bairrada region packed with wild red fruit aromas, ripe dark fruits and balsâmic notes. It has plenty of minerality, a fantastique acidity and ripe, tight and dense tannins.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 16°C à 18°C.
