Roquette & Cazes is an extraordinary red wine, marked by magnificent elegance and sobriety. It presents excellent aromatic complexity, with notes of ripe red fruits, spices and balsamic notes. It is a very fine, fresh red wine, with elegant and velvety tannins and very well-integrated acidity.
Winemaking:
Roquette & Cazes is a red wine produced from autochthonous red grapes of Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, and Tinta Roriz from the Douro wine region. After partial destemming, the wine has fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After this process, the wine was transferred to French oak barrels where it has stayed for 18 months, and it was subjected to contact with the lees, prior to being decanted, filtered, and bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Roquette & Cazes Boca is a rich, intensely aromatic and highly complex red wine. It presents an open bouquet of aromas, showing generous notes of ripe red fruits, spices and balsamic nuances along with a delicate floral scent. It is a velvety red wine, of compact and dense structure, fresh and with very polished acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 15ºC-18ºC.
