Susana Esteban Cabriolet is a red wine that presents all the most eloquent intensity that can be extracted from the Touriga Nacional variety. The predominance of ripe fruit aromas such as cherries, plums and black figs supported by the subtle fragrances of violets and the freshness of notes of mint and basil make this red wine divine, fresh, well structured and immensely complex.
Winemaking:
Susana Esteban Cabriolet is a red wine produced from red grape varieties of Touriga Nacional, planted in the Alentejo Region. After the fermentation process, at controlled temperatures, in stainless steel tanks, the wines have stayed in new and used's French oak barrels, in contact with fine lees, and subjected to a regular stirring, for 12 months, prior being bottled.

Store and Serve Advice:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
