Susana Esteban Sidecar is a wine full of character with clean and intense aromas of ripe black fruit, and with fresh and mineral notes of wild red fruits. It is a wine resulting from a blend of distinguishing fruity aromas that combine in a wine of austere and powerful tannins, notes of lots of ripe fruit and a lot of minerality.
Winemaking:
Susana Esteban Sidecar is a red wine produced of a blend of red grapes from the fields of Alentejo and with Baga's red grapes variety from Bairrada wine Region. After the fermentation process, at controlled temperatures, in stainless steel tanks, the wines have stayed in clay amphoras for 12 months, prior being blended and bottled.

Store and Serve Advice:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
