Titular Reserva is a red wine characterized by pure aromas of ripe red fruit, with aromas of wild strawberries, cherries and raspberries, along with notes of black fruits, blackberries and plums. It presents soft balsamic notes, fresh and imposing tannins, mineral nuances and very balanced acidity.
Winemaking:
Titular Reserva is a red wine produced from the red grapes of Touriga Nacional, Alfrocheiro, and Tinta Roriz from the Dão wine region. After partial destemming, and pressing, the wine was macerated with the skins prior to being transferred to stainless steel vats where the fermentation process took place. After the fermentation process, the wine was transferred to French oak barrels where it was subjected to regular stirring for 12 months prior to being bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Titular Reserva is a complex, firm and fruity red wine. It presents fantastic aromas of ripe red fruits, nuances of black fruit and fantastic balsamic. Floral fragrances of violets and dark chocolate also stand out, along with nuances of vanilla, spices, tobacco leaf and cassis. It is an imposing, powerful red wine with, fleshy tannin full of vigour, saline notes and wet granite with very elegant acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 15ºC-18ºC.
