Vinhas do Ocidente Reserva is a fruity, elegant, and very balanced red wine. Exhibiting a fruity bouquet, it displays notes of ripe red fruits, aromas of cherries and plums, raspberries and blueberries, along with delicious floral fragrances, soft tannins, and very well-integrated acidity.
Winemaking:
Vinhas do Ocidente Reserva is a red wine produced with red grapes of Alicante Bouschet, Syrah, and Touriga Nacional planted in the Alentejo wine region. The fermentation process took place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After the fermentation process, 40% of the batch was transferred to used oak barrels, where it stayed for 4 months prior to being blended and bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Vinhas do Ocidente Reserva is an elegant, fresh, and balanced red wine. Exhibiting an aromatic structure rich in aromas of ripe red fruits, it also displays delicate floral fragrances, balsamic notes, velvety tannins, and very soft acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature between 15ºC and 16ºC.
