Fraga da Pena is an extraordinarily aromatic and structurally complex sparkling wine. Its bouquet of aromas presents notes of orchard fruits with slight citrus and delicate floral notes. It has a velvety structure, with mango mousse in the most complex aromas, notes of yeast, toasted bread and very elegant acidity.

Fraga da Pena is a Portuguese sparkling wine produced according to the Champenoise method with grape varieties of Malvasia Fina, Verdelho and Folgosão from the Douro wine region. The wine was pressed and fermented at controlled temperatures. After the first fermentation process, the wine was transferred to used French oak barrels, where it stayed for 12 months in contact with fine lees prior to being bottled. After the second fermentation, the sparkling wine aged for 18 months in the cellar.

Tasting Notes:
Fraga da Pena is a complex, fine and very delicate raw sparkling wine. It presents delicious aromas of orchard fruit, such as golden apples, pears and apricots. With a fine bubble and highlighting a very subtle mango mousse, it presents a fine bubble, vibrant acidity and a harmonious finish.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.

It presents tropical notes combined with an elegant and fine bubble, wrapped in creamy aromas of banana and passion fruit. It has an elegant body, with notes of toasted bread and yeast and engaging acidity.
Terras do Demo Brut is an outstanding Portuguese Sparkling Wine and its as good, as any great champagne. It presents a pale soft straw colour and It's fruity, with an attractive almond and toast edge that suggests this bottle has been aged for some age. The acidity and crisp texture make it fresh and ready to drink with a balanced acidity at the end.
Quinta dos Castelares is a lively and intensely aromatic sparkling wine. From aromas of ripe citrus, highlighted in its bouquet of aromas. There is also a delicate and persistent bubble, fresh and mineral aromas, notes of toasted bread and vibrant acidity.
Messias Baga is a sparkling wine that has a salmon color, with intense pink nuances. It presents aromas of raspberry, wild strawberry foam and notes of arbutus. It has a fine bubble, creamy texture and delicate acidity.
