Fat Baron Chardonnay is a fruity, elegant white wine with a velvety structure. It displays a rich bouquet of tropical fruits, highlighting notes of passion fruit, banana and mango, along with delicate floral nuances and very well-integrated acidity.
Winemaking:
Fat Baron Chardonnay is a white wine produced in the wine region of Peninsula de Setubal with white grapes of Chardonnay. After a short period of maceration, the wine was subjected to a fermentation process at a controlled temperature, and it was subjected to regular stirring, for 6 months prior to being stabilised, filtered and bottled.

Fat Baron Chardonnay is an elegant, fresh, and fruity white wine. Its aromatic bouquet is dominated by tropical fruit notes, with prominent hints of passion fruit, banana, and ripe citrus. It is a mineral, structured white wine that finishes with a very well-balanced acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
