Calem White Dry Port is a dry style of a white Port wine due most of its sugar has been fermented before added Aguardente which has fortified the wine. It has fermented in stainless steel tanks, at controlled temperatures, before the fortification process. After that, it was transferred to oak hulls where it has aged for 4-5 years old prior to being bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Calem Dry White Port is a white and dry Port wine, elegant which is delicately fragrant and subtle from the Douro region. It presents fragrances of flowers like jasmine and thyme complemented by discrete aromas of green apples, pears, and sweet white peaches, ending into a delicious freshness seasoned by sweet aromas of vanilla and nuances of almonds and hazelnuts.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store the bottle horizontally in a dark place with constant temperature, ideally between 12ºC and 15ºC.
Maynards Colheita 1962 White Port is dominated by elegance and sobriety and stands at a high level of quality. It is a wine rich in citrus aromas, mixed with balsamic notes, nuts, spices. Finishes in a tasting acidity with quince jam and mildly spicy notes.
Ramos Pinto Reserva is a white Port wine that presents fine and delicate nose, revealing complexity in tropical aromas and flavors. It is a white Port wine, fresh and full-bodied, highlighting caramelized citrus aromas, orange jams and honey notes. It presents itself with delicate and elegant acidity.
Bright light straw color. Aroma floral, dominated by nuances of rosemary flowers and white raisins. It is a very soft wine with an extraordinary balance between the sugars of the fruit and the acidity that gives it a touch of natural sweetness.
Rozès Porto White is a young Port wine dominated by the richness and aromatic intensity of ripe citrus fruits, and aromas of raisins and apricots. It is a wine that presents a good acidity.
Barao de Vilar Colheita Port 2004 reveals extraordinarily mature flavours, spices, vanilla and complex aromas of ageing in wood. The notes of fragrances of dried raisins and figs stand out, backed by citrus acidity and a touch of caramel. It is a fresh and intense wine.
Light golden colour. The nose is rich, fragrant with aromas of ripe fruit and notes of honey and oak. On the palate is velvety well balanced, with nuances of caramel.
