Adega de Palmela Colheita Selecionada is a white wine that presents a fruity and quite intense aromatic bouquet. Exhibiting delicious aromas of stone fruits and tropical fruits, it presents notes of ripe citrus fruits, freshness at its core and a very engaging acidity.
Winemaking:
Adega de Palmela Colheita Selecionada is a white wine produced in the wine region of Peninsula de Setubal with white grapes such as Verdelho, Arinto, Chardonnay, Antão Vaz and Viosinho. After a short period of maceration, the wine was subjected to a fermentation process at a controlled temperature, and it was subjected to regular stirring, for 4 months prior to being stabilised, filtered and bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Adega de Palmela Colheita Selecionada is a white wine with a fruity, fresh, and mineral aromatic profile. It presents aromas of orchard fruits, such as pear and apple, tropical fruits, and notes of citrus fruits, along with a very elegant acidity well integrated into its very fruity bouquet.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
