Beyra Superior Fonte Cal is an extraordinarily gastronomic white wine, with plenty of notes of minerality with well-closed citrus aromas and a dry profile. It is creamy, with notes of nuts along with vegetal notes and very balanced acidity.
Winemaking:
Beyra Superior Fonte Cal is a monovarietal white wine produced with autochthones white grapes of Fonte Cal, grown in the Beira Interior wine region. After the pressing process, the wine has fermented at a controlled temperature in stainless steel vats. After the fermentation process, the wine was transferred for news French and American oak barrels where it has been subjected to a regular stirring for 6 months, prior to being bottled.

Beyra Superior Fonte Cal is a white wine from the Beira Interior wine region and grapes produced at high altitude, with a mineral, dry character, balanced and acidity and abundant aromas of citrus fruits and young whitebark fruits.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
