Cancellus Douro Premium is a fresh and fruity white wine, dominated by citrus aromas and tropical nuances. It's a fantastic white wine with aromas of lime and lemon, blended with notes of passion fruit and ripe pineapple, along with fantastic acidity.
Winemaking:
Cancellus Douro Premium is a white wine produced from white grape varieties of Viosinho, Malvasia Fina, and Fernão Pires from the Douro wine region. After the fermentation process in oak vats, the wine was aged in contact with the fine lees and was subjected to regular stirring for 4 months, into French oak barrels, prior to being bottled.

Cancellus Douro Premium is a minerally and fresh white wine that displays aromas of white and tropical fruits with citrus notes, balanced by fantastic acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
