Catarina Bacalhôa is a white wine produced with white grapes of Fernão Pires, Chardonnay, and Arinto planted in the region of Peninsula de Setubal. The grapes were vinified separately and fermented at controlled temperatures in stainless steel vats. Chardonnay's must has stayed for 4,5 months in French oak barrels and the other 2 grape varieties were staged in stainless steel tanks prior to being blended and bottled.

Catarina is a white wine from the Bacalhôa cellars that features an intense open bouquet with pronounced aromas of ripe tropical fruit and citrus nuances over a fresh and balanced minerality and a smooth acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
Poças Fora da Série Cerceal is a full-bodied white wine, with aromatic complexity and citric structure. Vale Dona Maria Rufo is a white wine from the Viticultural region of the Douro marked by citrus aromas and mineral nuances. It presents strong fragrances of lime and lemon, involved in the freshness of nuances of basil and mint, notes of granite and extraordinary acidity.
Horacio Simões Old School is an extraordinarily complex white wine, with tropical aromas and well-pronounced citrus nuances together with a velvety and solid structure. It is fresh, mineral, fruity, full of volume and with perfect acidity.
Intense aroma, with notes of complex fruits of lemon, orange and apricot. The palate is very firm, with great complexity and freshness. The aromas of the fruit combine with the aromas of white flowers. Nuts of almonds and walnuts aromas. Its end is vigorous and persistent on the palate.
