Cinética is an extraordinarily floral and citrus white wine from the Douro wine region. It is a white wine that presents very balanced acidity, with vanilla notes and a very fine tannic structure, together with notes of orange blossom, apricots and tangerine. An example of the Douro that highlights a fantastic minerality and a very good elegance.
Winemaking:
Cinética is a white wine produced from authothone white grapes of Rabigato, Gouveio, Viosinho, and Malvasia from a almost centenary vine in the Douro wine region. After fermentation, the wine was aged in French oak barrels, where it remained in contact with the fine lees and was subjected to regular stirring for 9 months, prior being bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Cinética is a complex and structured white wine from the Douro wine region. With ripe citrus aromas, floral nuances, orange blossom fragrances, notes of ripe apricot and tangerine stand out. It displays vanilla notes, toast and a citrus freshness of lime notes and herbaceous notes. It is a very elegant white wine, mineral and ends with a fantastic acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
