Coutada Velha Premium is a markedly citrusy and fresh white wine, with well-balanced citrus aromas, delicate notes of fine herbs, such as lemongrass, along with delicate balsamic touches and very elegant acidity.
Winemaking:
Coutada Velha Premium is a white wine produced with white grapes of Antão Vaz, Arinto, Viognier, and Semillon. planted in the Alentejo wine region. The fermentation process took place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After the fermentation the wine was transferred to used French oak barrels where it stayed in contact with fine lees, and where it was subjected to regular stirring, for 2 months, prior to being bottled.

Antão Vaz, Arinto, Viognier, Semillion.
Tasting Notes:
Coutada Velha Premium is a fresh, aromatic white wine of medium intensity, very balanced and full of life. It is a wine with citrus aromas with tropical nuances and light balsamic notes along with fantastic acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
