Guru White Wine 75cl

Winemaking:
Guru is a white wine produced in the Douro region with white grapes of Viosinho, Rabigato, Códega do Larinho and Gouveio. After a long maceration stage, the wine fermented at a controlled temperature in new French oak barrels for 4 weeks. After fermentation, the wine aged for 6 months in the same barrels with "battonage"

Tasting Notes:
Guru is a white wine from the Douro region that presents us with a very fine and delicate nose, notes of pear, quince and mineral touches. In the mouth, it is elegant and full-bodied, with an engaging acidity and a long and elegant finish.

Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.

Sandra Tavares da Silva and Jorge Serôdio Borges began their adventure in 2001. At first, they had no vineyards of their own but had a common dream of developing a personal project in which they could express their enological vision. The name Wine & Soul results from great passion and total dedication to wine. The company's objective is the development of exceptional wines in the Pinhão valley, the historic heart of the great Port wines. His first wine named Pintas was inspired by the couple's bold vision.
