Guyot Moscatel Galego is an extraordinary, complex white wine with exuberant aromas and fragrances. It displays notes of lemongrass, lime, and apricot, along with delicate and sublime floral notes. It is an elegant, fresh, aromatic and polished acidity white wine.
Winemaking:
Guyot Moscatel Galego is a white wine produced from Moscatel Galego from a 30 years old vineyard planted in the Trás os Montes wine region. The grapes were de-stemmed, crushed and transferred to stainless steel fermentation vats, where they have been fermented at a controlled temperature for 28 days. The wine was transferred to French oak barrels where it has stayed, in contact with fine lees, where it has been subjected to regular stirring prior to being bottled.

Guyot Moscatel Galego is an extraordinarily aromatic and floral white wine. It presents tropical notes, citrus aromas and delicate floral nuances. It is a very elegant, fresh, mineral white wine with subtle acidity.

Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 8ºC-10ºC.
