Herdade do Sobroso Sobro is a white wine produced with white grapes of Antão Vaz, Arinto, Verdelho, and Perrum from the Alentejo wine region. After the fermentation process in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures, the wine has stayed in stainless steel vats, for 6 months, in contact with fine lees, and it was subjected to regular stirring prior to being bottled.

Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
