Permitido de Centenária is a Douro white wine, complex and austere. Permitido de Centenária is a white wine produced exclusively with white grapes of a vineyard over 120 years old, composed predominantly of autochthonous Douro white grape varieties such as Folgazão, Dona Branca, Verdelho, Siria planted of over 850 meters of altitude in the Douro demarcated region. After a short maceration period, the wine has fermented at low temperatures in oak wood vats. After fermentation, the wine aged in oak barrels, in contact with fine lees, where it was subject to regular stirring prior to being bottled, after 10 months.

Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
