Valle de Passos is a white wine that presents a yellow citrine color, aromas of fruits of white pulp and floral notes. In the mouth, it is bulky with a fresh and present acidity.
Winemaking:
Valle de Passos is a white wine, produced from white grape varieties of Viosinho, Malvasia Fina and Códega de Larinho from the Trás-os-Montes region. After a short period of maceration, the wine fermented at controlled temperatures. After the fermentation, it remained for 10 months in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature, being later decanted, filtered and bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Valle de Passos is a white wine from the region of Trás-Os-Montes that presents a fresh and delicate aroma with notes of tropical fruits. In the mouth it is persistent and flavorful, with a fresh acidity and a long finish.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 16ºC-18ºC.
