Winemaking:
Beyra Superior is a red wine produced from autochthonous red grapes, planted on high altitude soils, of Tinta Roriz, Touriga Nacional and Jaen, and some Rufete red grapes from old vines, from the region of Beira Interior. The wine has been submitted to an extended maceration at cold after being fermented in stainless steel vats at controlled temperatures. After the fermentation process, the wine was transferred to new's French and American oak barrels where it has stayed 12 months prior to being blended and bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Beyra Superior is a red wine voluptuous, vigorous, and austere. Of dense and complex structure, it exudes strong and mineral tannins along with a ripe black fruity and juicy core seasoned by wonderful balsamic notes and finishing by an intense and mineral character.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 16ºC-18ºC.

Quinta do Monte Xisto Oriente is an elegant red wine, full of delicacy and elegant. Highlighting wild red fruit notes, it combines red fruit aromas from trees, such as cherry and red plum, in fine and enigmatic balsamic notes. It is a subtle red wine, velvety, fresh and with a very balanced acidity.
Herdade dos Grous Moon Harvested is dense, complex and concentrated. It has the dark colour typical of the red grape Alicante Bouschet. This red wine has rich, smoky tannins and firm black fruits.
Real Companhia Velha Séries Malvasia Preta is a wonderful and poised red wine from the Douro region, with a delicate palate, ripe red fruits aromas of sweet raspberries and blackberries, notes of black tea and pétales of roses. It's a mineral red wine with a delicious acidity.
Udaca Colheita is a complex red wine from the Dão region. It is fresh, well structured and dominated by the ripe black fruit aromas, tight and robust tannins and a great freshness.
Cortes de Cima has produced this wine using Petit Verdot grapes, natives from Bordeaux, in the hot Alentejo climate. The wine is plenty of density, super-ripe black fruit flavours, full of juicy berry and black plums notes. It has freshness, complexity, spices hints and firm and solid tannins.
