Carm Grande Reserva Red is a wine that represents the entire identity of the region of the Douro Valley. After manual harvesting and selection of the best berries, the grapes were de-stemmed, gently crushed and then subjected to a very rapid temperature drop. A period of cold pre-fermentation immersion followed for about 12 to 24 hours, and fermentation in wooden vats occurred under temperature control between 24 and 26 ° C. The wine aged for 12 months in barrels Fresh oak barrels before being transferred to the bottle.

Store and Serve Advices:

Herdade do Sobroso Reserva Barrique Select is an elegant, round red wine from the Alentejo wine region. It presents notes full of ripe red fruits, balsamic notes and delicate floral notes to violets and dry roses. It is a red wine of fantastic elegance, eclectic, with juicy tannins and very well integrated acidity.
Textura Pura is a wonderful, complex and delicate red wine from the Dão wine region. It presents itself harmoniously, with a fresh aromatic bouquet in which the aromas of red fruits predominate, such as cherry and currant, wild red fruits, and a balsamic note.
